Role Summary:

We are seeking a commercially savvy and strategic marketing specialist to drive business growth and brand visibility.

This role will focus on supporting product development, sustainability initiatives, digital engagement, and stakeholder communications across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing and communications background, with a passion for driving results through creative strategies and effective execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, including market research, positioning, and launch planning
  • Lead the company's sustainability and ESG initiatives, including information gathering, reporting, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagements
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding and promoting brand values, ensuring consistency in messaging, and strengthening the company's identity across all platforms and stakeholder interactions
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics monitoring
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial or business development role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Prior experience with social media marketing and analytics tools
