Senior VP, Group Wholesale Operations Manager

As a key member of our Group Technology and Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance and management of the T&O function in Overseas Branches, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with Group policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the GWOS team to deliver timely outcomes, keep costs within budget, and ensure the T&O function in Overseas Branches operates efficiently.
- Conduct peer reviews of overseas branches, focusing on management and operational risks and adherence to regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Operations Managers in overseas branches, connecting with relevant parties to address needs, issues, and risks.
- Oversee the rollout of Group policies, procedures, products, and system implementations to overseas branches.
- Identify T&O process standardization opportunities, drive standardization initiatives, and ensure proper adoption and implementation.
- Establish group-level risk indicators and key control standards for monitoring risk management and minimizing the Bank's exposure to frauds and losses.
- Engage in internal and external audits of overseas branches, bringing group management oversight to ensure proper handling of audit issues.
- Engage with stakeholders, including Branch and Group senior management, to influence delivery of outcomes.
- Management reporting and updates on overseas branches to senior management teams.
- Support technology and operations regulatory change requirements and risk assessments.
