About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Group Technology and Operations team as a Senior Vice President of Wholesale Banking Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wholesale banking business, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and risk management.

Your primary focus will be on leading a high-performing team of professionals who deliver exceptional customer service, drive business growth, and mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our overall competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and mitigating risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our overall competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to address challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration, or related field).
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in wholesale banking operations, with a strong background in leadership, risk management, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • A deep understanding of wholesale banking products, processes, and related risks, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive offer, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business growth and success.
