
Senior Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including major sell-side platforms, demand-side platforms, ad exchanges, agencies, and publishers.
They will be responsible for presenting Pixalate solutions to key clients, maintaining awareness of client needs, and understanding competitive landscape developments.
This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain active relationships with client accounts.
- Presents Pixalate solutions to key clients within the programmatic ecosystem
- Maintains awareness of client needs and opportunities for expansion
- Understands competitive landscape, new industry developments, and standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success outcomes, including retention, expansion, churn reduction, and client advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize customer success strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer success or a related field
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and digital advertising space
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
