Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our BIM implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive BIM implementation plan, process, and workflow to ensure seamless data integration and project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a BIM implementation plan, process, and workflow to ensure data meets project requirements.
  • Assist project teams in setting up BIM projects, creating work models, and detailing.
  • Manage and distribute construction phase documents, including submittals, construction models, shop drawings, and schedules.
  • Develop and implement BIM standards, manage modeling workflows, and enforce company standards.
  • Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction/shop drawings produced.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, project teams, subcontractors, and relevant statutory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • BIM-related specialist diploma from a reputable institution.
  • Familiarity with latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience in managing key projects, including multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive individual.
