Senior Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Management Professional to join our team at Haitong Int'l Securities Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design and delivery of various fund product initiatives, establishing and managing relationships with overseas distribution channels, and hosting and participating in marketing seminars and market/product-related trainings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the design and delivery of various fund product initiatives under agreed timescales and budgets.
- Establish and manage relationships with overseas distribution channels, including commercial banks, private banks, wealth management channels, family offices, and IFAs.
- Host and participate in marketing seminars and market/product-related trainings to introduce the firm, investment capabilities, and relevant products and services.
- Conduct regular reviews and due diligences on new and/or existing clients, as well as performance monitoring of various distributors.
- Act as key coordinator between clients and internal teams in account opening and account monitoring.
- Liaise closely with other internal teams within the asset management business to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
- Assist in establishing a presence and brand awareness for the Company's asset management business.
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management business development and/or product development function and familiar with asset management business lines and fund products/services.
- Strong knowledge of the international asset management industry with solid experience in launching, registering, operating, and amending fund products is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in fund channel distribution across the region.
- Able to work independently and also as a team player.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English.
