We are seeking a skilled Global Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in global accounts, fostering and developing CXO-level customer relationships to enhance customer retention.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase sales revenue. Additionally, the ideal candidate will identify and address customers' IT&T needs through detailed analysis and strategic planning.
