Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers during flights.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in a private jet setting, and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. They will also be able to work flexible/irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, and be detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.

The role involves delivering personalized, high-quality in-flight service, developing in-flight menus tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements, ordering and managing catering services, handling pre-flight safety checks, preparing and serving meals and beverages according to passenger preferences, providing first aid and medical assistance when required, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the cabin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure passengers' safety, security, and comfort during flights
  • Anticipate passenger needs and personalize service to enhance the travel experience
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality in-flight service
  • Develop in-flight menus tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements
  • Order and manage catering services, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Handle pre-flight safety checks
  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to passenger preferences
  • Provide first aid and medical assistance when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the cabin
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in a private jet setting
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in menu planning and catering coordination
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible/irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of flight operations and logistics is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
