Remittance and Settlement Operations Professional
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-border remittance transactions, account servicing for participating banks, and operational support to ensure smooth and compliant processing of RMB inward/outward payments. The role involves handling end-to-end processing of inward and outward RMB payment transactions, investigating payment issues, responding to customer queries, collecting service charges, reviewing and processing account opening documentation, preparing month-end reports, and collaborating with business departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or Accounting.
- Prior experience in remittance operations or settlement-related functions.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 1-year contract position with the opportunity for renewal and conversion. The location is Raffles Place, Singapore.
