Job Title: Plant Maintenance Specialist

 

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of plant facilities and equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily checks on essential equipment to guarantee satisfactory operation at all times.
  • Conduct meter readings on operating equipment for energy consumption.
  • Carry out regular inspections with term contractors (waste treatment, fire protection systems, lift and water treatment) to verify services adhere to Management standards.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment (including low tension switchgears, air-conditioning equipment, air compressor, AHU, electrical supplies, etc.) within the premises to ensure all equipment are in working conditions.
  • Manage all electrical and mechanical works in the premises, and undertake all other duties assigned by your supervisor and management.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors on minor upgrading works or renovation.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic communication skills in written and oral English.
