Plant Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the execution of all mechanical maintenance activities on plant equipment. This includes routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment, including inspections, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts
- Respond to unplanned machinery breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical defects and abnormalities, and develop corrective action plans
- Work with engineering teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for plant safety and environmental protection
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational issues and opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, recognized by the relevant authorities
- At least 2 years of experience in plant operations and maintenance, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
