Job Title: Plant Maintenance Specialist

">Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing mechanical systems, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our plant operations.

">Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on all plant mechanical systems
  • Repair and maintain equipment such as gear boxes, conveyors, elevators, pumps, compressors, valves, etc.
  • Conduct failure analysis and identify root causes to recommend corrective actions
  • Work in accordance with Company policies and HSE Management Systems
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of NTC (class II) Nitec certificate or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of industrial experience
  • Knowledge and ability to overhaul plant equipment, including furnace steel conveyor belts, rotating equipment, welding, and fabrication work
