A Key Role in Plant Operations
We are seeking a skilled Plant Technician to join our team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment plant (WWTP).
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical equipment and electrical components, as well as experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily performance logs of WWTP Plant;
- Monitor plant performance on a regular basis;
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks;
- Ensure accurate chemical dosing and optimal levels;
- Provide regular reporting to management on plant performance;
- Calibrate instruments according to schedule;
- Verify WWTP compliance with ISO standards;
- Review control and monitoring systems;
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace;
- Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical areas;
- Proven experience in preventative maintenance;
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles;
- Knowledge of RF technology;
- Housekeeping and 5S skills;
- ISO certification;
- Scripting skills;
- Electrical knowledge;
- Compliance expertise;
- Assembly and manufacturing skills;
