Plant Maintenance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Plant Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be working closely with our production team to identify and resolve any technical issues that may impact production.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be required to work effectively with contractors on site and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for plant maintenance and want to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance tasks such as equipment inspection and lubrication
- Troubleshooting technical issues that may impact production
- Working effectively with contractors on site
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
