**Job Description**

We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation and maintenance of WWTPs
  • Daily performance log management of WWTPs
  • Daily monitoring of plant performance
  • Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment
  • Preventive maintenance of electrical and Instruments
  • Electrical & Instruments Component Health check
  • Daily chemical top up and maintain the correct level
  • Daily reporting to management of plant performance
  • Calibration of Instruments as per schedule
  • Ensure WWTP compliance with ISO standards
  • Control and Monitoring system review
  • Conduct daily housekeeping and 5S
  • Conduct minor maintenance (bi-monthly) and major maintenance (bi-annually)

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in plant maintenance and operations
  • Knowledge of WWTP systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
