About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that involves managing event logistical and operational aspects to deliver seamless, high-quality B2B events. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including setup and teardown of event items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables and fulfillment.
  • Unload, unpack, and store incoming event materials.
  • Categorize and organize event materials within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of all items in the warehouse, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to event locations based on event requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, transportation teams, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of items to event sites.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during storage, retrieval, or delivery of event materials.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or technical production operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
  • A valid Class 3 Singapore driver's license is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to manage a team and interact across departments and with external vendors.
