Project Leader

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects. They will ensure timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out works;
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards;
  • Oversee site progress, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery;
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors;
  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors;
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship;
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental requirements are met;
  • Track project costs, variations, and cash flow;
  • Report on financial status, project progress, and key milestones;
  • Ensure high-quality standards and finishes in fit-out works;
  • Conduct inspections, snagging, and final handover documentation;

Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field;
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager (5–10 years) in fit-out/interior projects;
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out methodologies, materials, and construction techniques;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines;
