Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out projects, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with subcontractors in planning and executing interior fit-out projects;
  • Submit materials, shop drawings, and method statements to consultants for approval;
  • Manage subcontractors' progress and quality of works;
  • Monitor project milestones and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across disciplines;
  • Compile handing over documents, including as-built drawings;
  • Maintain project documentation;
  • Attend project coordination meetings.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Engineering, or Interior Design is required. Minimum 2 years' experience in related fields, preferably with hotel project experiences.

Strong project management and technical knowledge in interior fit-out are essential. Good leadership and interpersonal skills are also required.
