Job Title: Senior Project Estimator for Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our interior fit-out projects from start to finish.

This role involves working independently, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.

About the Role:
  • Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
  • Prepare tender submissions, including quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive tender documents.
  • Coordinate and prepare BQs, cost estimates, progress claims, contract payments, and final accounts.
  • Manage tender/contract documentation and related administration tasks.
  • Represent the company in tender interviews and site visits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in interior fit-out tenders/projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timeframes.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Skills:
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Construction knowledge and experience with quantity surveying.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
