Project Manager

  • Analyzing design drawings and technical documentation is a critical skill for this role.
  • The position requires adherence to brand standards, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.
  • Preparing and managing project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports are essential tasks.
  • Leading site meetings, tracking work progress, and resolving on-site issues promptly are key responsibilities.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met is crucial.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in project or construction management preferably within interior fit-out for retail/commercial spaces.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budget control, and risk management is required.
  • Good technical knowledge of interior design documentation and construction processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an added advantage.
