Project Manager - Interior Fit-out Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, managing client expectations, and overseeing the full project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Review and interpret design drawings and technical documentation
  • Ensure projects meet brand standards, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports
  • Lead site meetings, track work progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in project or construction management
  • Proficient in project scheduling, budget control, and risk management
  • Good technical knowledge of interior design documentation and construction process
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools
