Project Manager/Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within schedule, ensuring conformity to specifications, quality, and delivery deadlines.

  • Plan and execute projects in interior fit out works.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections.
  • Supervise projects to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, and delivery schedule.
  • Report on project status and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors on timely project handover.
Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building, or Project Management required.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out projects and corporate office interior necessary.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to meet deadlines and deliver results.
