Interior Fit-Out Project Manager Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee multiple interior fit-out projects from planning to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client expectations, communications, and satisfaction through effective project management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, budget control, and risk management. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from planning to delivery.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Analyze design drawings and technical documentation to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
- Lead site meetings, track work progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3+ years of experience in project or construction management preferably within interior fit-out for retail/commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budget control, and risk management.
- Good technical knowledge of interior design documentation and construction processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools.
