Sr. Interior Fit Out Project Coordinator

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects in commercial interiors, including fit out works.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
  • Attend regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress.
  • Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Report on project status and take corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building, or Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in fit-out projects and corporate office interior.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to meet deadlines and deliver results.
