Senior Quantity Surveyor

A senior quantity surveyor plays a pivotal role in measuring and preparing cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. Key responsibilities include preparing tender submissions, obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and organizing and maintaining tender documents.

  • Cost Estimation: Measure and prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
  • Tender Submissions: Prepare comprehensive tender submissions and obtain quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists.
  • Tender Management: Organize and maintain all tender documents.
  • Project Execution: Prepare BQ, cost estimates, budgets, progress claims, contract payments, and final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in interior fit-out tenders/projects. Interior fit-out experience is highly preferred. The candidate should be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong negotiation, budgeting, and administration skills.

Required Skills: The successful candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of construction, quantity surveying, and tender submissions.
