Interior Fit-out Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- To coordinate interior fit-out projects with consultants/clients from the start to the end of the construction.
- To have good design/drawing understanding to execute the designer's concept accurately into the built project.
- To ensure all site staff & sub-contractors carry out work in a safe manner and to monitor compliance is carried out with all building, safety codes, and other regulations.
- To plan, manage and execute the budget and expenditures of the projects.
- To provide a proper schedule to ensure the project is within the given/agreed program required to meet deadlines.
- Prepare/Submit/Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
- To record and follow up on decisions from meetings to ensure accurate communication among different parties throughout the projects
- To provide administrative support, preparing and obtaining quotations from subcontractors/suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant 3 years of experience in an interior fit-out project.
- Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Highly independent and initiative.
- 5.5 to 6 days of work per week, depending on the project schedule.
