Senior Fit-Out Project Coordinator

Key Objectives:

1. Lead the planning, execution and delivery of interior fit-out / A&A works projects.

2. Direct project teams, resolve conflicts and manage project documentation to ensure smooth project progression.

3. Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors and clients to guarantee timely completion of projects.

4. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

5. Develop and implement effective cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability.

6. Participate in regular project meetings and discussions to drive project progress forward.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.

2. 3 years of experience in interior design fit-out work is essential.

3. Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certification is required.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.

5. Strong organizational, follow-up and attention-to-detail skills are necessary.

6. Excellent leadership and project management skills are expected.
