About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cash Sales Manager to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a Cash Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth of assigned portfolio by identifying opportunities and converting opportunities to mandates.

You will contribute to the growth of operating deposits by selling cash and working capital solutions. Preparation of proposals and presentation materials to facilitate marketing of GTB solutions to both internal and external parties is also a key responsibility.

Additionally, you will track deal implementation to accelerate revenue realisation and to address barriers towards full revenue realisation. Managing stakeholders involved in sales /after sales process to optimize client experience is also a critical aspect of this role.

Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and to identify new areas of opportunities. Generate client testimonials for use in industry events/awards and related marketing activities.

Identify cross-sell opportunities such as trade, global markets etc.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in Global Transaction Banking or Global Corporate/Commercial Banking. Good understanding of cash products, working capital, FX solutions is essential.

Positive, dynamic and self-motivated, possess a can do attitude. Excellent customer skills and a strong sense of initiative, drive, hunger and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a team. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with people at different levels.
