">We are a dynamic organization looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Partnership Specialist. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- You will work closely with the Director of Business Development to identify, initiate, and analyze potential partnership opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.">
- Support the coordination of all aspects of the development process, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, due diligence, and contract negotiations.">
- Successfully onboard new business units to our platform to meet individual unit goals and objectives.">
- Research new sales leads and contacts to expand our network and drive business growth.">
- Maintain close liaison with key corporate accounts through regular contact, networking, and site visits to ensure strong relationships and continued business opportunities.">
- Liaise with various departments to understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.">
- E nsure that team members present themselves professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.">
- Conduct appraisals for the Sales & Marketing Department to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.">
Requirements:
">- Negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.">
- Experience with CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales pipeline.">
- Account management skills to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.">
- Sales skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create presentations, reports, and other documents.">
- Due diligence skills to conduct thorough research on potential partners.">
- Appraisal skills to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.">
- Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.">
- Selling skills to pitch new business opportunities and negotiate deals.">
- Marketing skills to promote our services and products to new and existing clients.">
- Strategy skills to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.">
- B2B experience to navigate complex business relationships.">
- Networking skills to build a strong network of contacts and partners.">

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
