Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for the supply chain department, focusing on achieving and sustaining excellence in SCM processes at our Louisville location for internal and external customers.
  • Establish and execute comprehensive supply plans for manufacturing of all products, ensuring alignment with customer demand and inventory targets.
  • Develop and direct logistic processes for inbound and outbound deliveries, prioritizing cost savings, quality, and compliance.
  • Interface with demand planning and business analysts to establish supply plans and rolling forecasts.
  • Manage MRP and supply chain analysis processes, establishing key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Lead the implementation of JIT processes for suppliers where possible.
  • Manage warehousing and inventory control functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Organize staff training, development, and performance reviews, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish departmental expertise in global distribution of regulated products, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Masters' degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial global or regional supply chain planning.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a similar field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, mature communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
