As the Head of Ecosystem Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and nurture a thriving ecosystem, focusing on competency development, partnerships, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement competency development programs to ensure technical/engineering personnel in CAAS and LDC are proficient working alongside vendors.
* Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders within the ecosystem, between CAAS, vendors, and strategic partners to co-deploy and co-develop innovative products.
* Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with vendors and strategic partners.
* Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Ensure high performance and professional growth of team members.
* Lead and represent CAAS in stakeholders meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

* Trained in aviation engineering or management or related field
* At least 15 years of relevant working experience in the aviation industry with a focus on product development, ecosystem development, and partnership management
* Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
* Strong understanding of industry trends and technologies
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving organization goals
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to identify and address issues proactively
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
* Ability to travel for overseas trainings, meetings, and work assignments if required

* Appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience
* Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal
