Job Summary:

As an Air Traffic Control Support Officer with Careers@Gov, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of air traffic in the Singapore Flight Information Region. Your responsibilities will include processing aeronautical data and meteorological information for Air Traffic Control Officers, as well as for flights operating within Singapore FIR crucial for ATC planning and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process aeronautical data and meteorological information for Air Traffic Control Officers and flights operating within Singapore FIR
• Assist Air Traffic Control Officers in coordinating transfers of flights with adjacent Air Traffic Control Centres
• Verify the height of tall shipping vessels transiting north of Changi Airport
• Participate in Search and Rescue exercises and actual incidents/accidents

Requirements:

• Passionate individual with a keen interest in contributing to the aviation industry
• Background in aviation is an added advantage
• Singaporean citizenship
• Ability to pass a voice test
