Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as an Employment Solutions Coordinator. This role will involve working closely with clients, workers, and overseas agents to facilitate the placement process of foreign workers in Singapore.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Placement Process: Managing the end-to-end placement process for MDWs and foreign workers, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with MOM guidelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Advising clients on regulatory requirements and ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest MOM regulations.
  • Application Processing: Preparing and processing applications using MOM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sales Targets: Meeting sales targets through client acquisition and service excellence, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Handling client queries with professionalism and empathy, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, workers, and overseas agents, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and be flexible with workload and deadlines.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and compliance requirements, with ability to stay up-to-date with changes and updates.
