We are seeking an experienced Employer Solutions Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for matching clients with suitable candidates based on their skills and preferences.

  • Understand employer needs and household dynamics">
  • Recommend suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and preferences">
  • Arrange interviews and follow up promptly to secure placements">
  • Candidate Management">
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate readiness">
  • Coordinate training and orientation with accredited centers">
  • Provide ongoing support and counseling to helpers post-placement">
  • Documentation & Compliance">
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and authorization forms">
  • Ensure all documentation complies with MOM regulations">
  • Track work permits, medicals, and insurance requirements">
