Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Allkin Singapore's Mental Health Service Center. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Address inquiries about services and direct visitors accordingly
- Manage phone calls, emails, and mail
- Handle deliveries and efficiently distribute correspondence
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with maintaining staff contact lists and client records in line with confidentiality policies
- Coordinate staff appointments and meeting room bookings
- Assist with meeting room setups whenever required
- Facility Management:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Monitor office equipment and arrange for maintenance when required
- GCE O Level or NITEC in Business Administration Services or other relevant qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location:This role is based at one of our Mental Health Service Centres, either MHS Centre@Sengkang (Blk 193 Rivervale Drive) or MHS Centre@Ang Mo Kio (Blk 323 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3).
Compensation and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
