Front Desk Coordinator Position Overview

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from SGD 40,000 to SGD 60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Front Desk Coordinator will play a critical role in the organization by:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communicating effectively in both English and Mandarin to assist a diverse range of clients and visitors.
  • Answering and routing incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Providing accurate information to clients, employees, and guests.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
