Job Title: Front Desk Operations Coordinator

Overview
57 EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for our guests.

Estimated Salary: SGD $40,000 - $55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest relations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Perform other duties as required by the hotel management

Requirements:
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Receptionist
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
