Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to perform registration duties, schedule patient appointments, and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring that patients are seen on time, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
• Perform registration duties and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and phone calls.
• Collect payment from patients and conduct financial counseling when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Requirements:
• Customer service experience is highly advantageous in this role.
• Ability to work overtime when operational needs arise.

Working Conditions:
This role is based in a busy healthcare setting where the successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to sit for extended periods and use computer software for data entry and other administrative tasks.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 35,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
