Programme Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the marketing and outreach efforts for our ID/IM programme. Your tasks will include analysing and processing submitted claims from partner companies, verifying information for completeness and accuracy, and liaising with grant recipients to address queries or obtain missing documents.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing billing documents and working with faculty and finance teams to raise billing requests to partner companies. You will also assist with programme-level events such as seminars, new student orientations, and meetings.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including faculty members, finance teams, and grant recipients. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth execution of these tasks.
