Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

At SHL, we're seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our sales team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with Account Managers to deliver exceptional account management experiences that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple Account Managers to manage client relationships and services plans.
  • Monitor and report client usage trends on SHL assessment platforms to inform upsell, cross-sell, and renewal conversations.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal SHL teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct research and provide internal sales support to help Account Managers achieve their goals.
  • Schedule and ensure timely completion of client interactions, including onboarding, mid-term value reviews, and renewal calls.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and schedule sales interactions to drive growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to create a positive client experience and drive long-term success.
  • Manage coordination among internal stakeholders to ensure seamless account management.
  • Continuously improve client satisfaction through proactive communication and product discovery.
  • Participate in process improvement activities to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (all majors welcome)
  • Relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Superior problem-solving ability
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across geographies and cultures
