Key Responsibilities
  • Client/Account Management:
    • Retain and grow assigned accounts by proactively seeking opportunities to do more for clients.
    • Apply deep understanding of client needs to help shape smart, relevant, and proactive proposals.
    • Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring all clients' needs are listened to, understood, and responded to in a timely way.
    • Ensure clear communication to clients regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and project status/action items.
  • Financial Management:
    • Owning overall responsibility for account revenue targets.
    • Managing the budget process from a profit generation perspective, including expense management, client quoting, and profit modeling.
    • Providing quarterly reports for both clients and internal stakeholders at a global level.
  • Creative Management:
    • Collaborating with inter-organisation creative studio to ensure all creative content and agency solutions address clients' needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include developing deep trusted advisor relationships within clients, flawless delivery of client commitments, exceeding client expectations, and expanding current retained business.
