**About the Role**:Twilight Softwares is actively looking for Senior Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and a proven track record of success, who take a hands-on approach to building business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer Science or Information Technology is must and a additional Marketing degree is an advanatage.
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in Account Management, solution & consultative selling experience in IT outsourcing services.
- A strong passion for sales in IT Industry with Proven track record of hunting, developing, negotiating, and closing deals, in the B2B/enterprise sales, achieving or overachieving given sales targets
- Prior experience in Managing Accounts in the North American and European territory is must. Somedays need to work out of the normal working hours to support clients time zone.
- Proactive and self -motivated, focused and goal oriented. should be able to work under minimum supervision.
- A good hunting mentality and resilience towards rejection.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Have high proficiency in English language and good presentation skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all the Account management in the global markets.
- Discover and scope value-creation (or sales) opportunities within the account
- Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasions, conducting negotiations, and contracting terms with clients.
- Business Research to identify potential clients/ lead generation, and take all the required actions to convert the lead
- Derive & define sales strategies / plans and work closely with the Management team to maximize the revenue of the organization
- Maintain an up-to-date Account Plan for each account.
- Prepare high quality business proposals, elevator pitches and presentations whenever required to boost the sales cycle.
