Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Guest Services Dispatchers, Bell Captains, and front-line bellmen and doormen to achieve service excellence.
  • Supervise the Front drive operations for Tower 1, Tower 3, and all storage rooms, ensuring timely execution of tasks according to department standards.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services Dispatchers to resolve complex matters, handle team member issues, and provide training and mentoring to new and current team members.
  • Monitor baggage handling requests, supervise luggage storage rooms, and handle baggage-related requests such as long-term/short-term storage and luggage repair.
  • Operate property management systems to carry out and delegate tasks, process guest requests, and register guests in the Property Management System (Opera).
  • Be conversant with all facets of Bell Service operations, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Hospitality Operations from a recognized institution preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity or experience in a managerial hotel role with a large operating environment and team of people.
  • Excellent guest relations, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
