Job Title:Guest Services Supervisor at Accor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the activities of the bell staff
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, assist with their luggage, and ensure a pleasant arrival experience
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel amenities and nearby attractions
  • Organize and safeguard luggage storage for guests
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
  • Ensure the bell desk area is tidy and well-organized
  • Address guest inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless service
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is required; additional training in hospitality management is advantageous
  • At least 3 years of experience in bell or guest services, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with local attractions and trends in hospitality
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule
