Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guest Service Executive to join our team at the Quincy Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Be familiar with all room types and rates, and up-sell whenever possible to maximize revenue.
  • Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, reporting to supervisors as necessary.
  • Ensure guest room security and emergency procedures are followed, and encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, functions, and local attractions, and maintain a professional working relationship with all hotel personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality, with good public relations skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality and Opera knowledge an advantage
  • Singaporeans only
