Programme Delivery and Operations Lead

The Programme Delivery and Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by overseeing the management of our centres, including satellite locations. This key position is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and design of service programmes across the organisation.

  • Develop strategies for professional development of staff within the organisation
  • Conduct regular operations review meetings with staff
  • Monitor programme expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Develop workplans for the centre in alignment with organisational goals
  • Lead resolution of operational issues within the centre
  • Manage engagement and performance of the programmes team
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of operational strategies, programmes, and services for the programmes team
  • Continually review and enhance service standards, performance indicators, and operating guidelines for the centre/department
  • Work with the Implementation Science team to review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of service users
  • Identify areas of improvement for the organisation's strategic direction based on research findings from knowledge networks and communities of practice
  • Build professional partnerships across agencies (e.g., social service agencies) to enhance service delivery to service users
  • Review effectiveness of programme curriculum and set direction and theme for the curriculum
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with budget management and financial planning
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and change management initiatives
