Assistant Manager
Job Description:The Centre of Programme Management - New Facilities Project is responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes and best practices to ensure programme planning objectives are met.
This role involves detailed analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to derive key insights for further planning of work streams to achieve desired outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify interconnections, anticipate operational issues across all programme parts, and develop effective strategies to address them.
Role Responsibilities:- Gather IT requirements for new healthcare facilities.
- Track and review submissions from various application and infrastructure teams.
- Compile and submit information as required.
- Work with various forums for approval and funding submission.
- Ensure projects are delivered against agreed scope and timeline.
- Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.
- Liaise closely with business users and build good relationships.
- Collaborate with project teams on implementation, testing, preparation for go-live, and post-go-live support in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
- At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience.
- Preferably PMP or equivalent certification.
- A team player who can also work independently.
