Training Programmes Coordinator

As a Training Programmes Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in implementing training initiatives for internal staff and external partners. This entails planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality training sessions that cater to diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans that align with organisational objectives
  • Identify and manage participant registration, attendance tracking, queries, and follow-up communications
  • Arrange suitable training venues, schedules, refreshments, and ensure seamless logistics setup
  • Liaise with trainers to provide course briefs and ensure they have necessary resources
  • Support the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records
  • Analyse learner feedback to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with subject-matter-experts to maintain up-to-date training content

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications
  • Project management or training coordination experience is advantageous

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in training coordination, HR (L&D), programme administration, or project coordination preferred
