The Senior Associate will manage assignments, liaise with clients and regulatory authorities, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a portfolio of outsourcing clients across industries.
- Oversee accounting, payroll, and transactions outsourcing engagements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Assist on advisory engagement to clients on business process outsourcing, compliance, and consulting.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance to reporting standards, management accounts, payroll summaries, and statutory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
- Support the Company's process automation and technology-driven solutions.
Candidates must have a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business & Economics, or related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore, or in progress are preferred. Relevant experience includes 2–3 years in outsourcing, accounting, or professional services, along with knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards, payroll regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
