Job Title: Outsourced Business Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of an Outsourced Business Operations Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as book-keeping, preparation of management accounts, and cash management. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing custom reporting packages based on client requirements and providing support during audits.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification. At least 5 years of relevant experience from a professional services firm in a Business Process Outsourcing (Client Accounting) environment is required. The candidate should be proficient with accounting software and possess meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
